How to get started

Already have an account
Log in. Organization members should sign in on their portal (for example your-org.guides.co).
Invited to an organization
Use the invite email or join link you were sent. That’s the only way new personal accounts are created right now.
Bring Guides to a community or organization
Request access — we set you up. Communities, sponsors, and training providers each have a short form.
Want to create guides, restore something we archived, or get back in
Tell us below. Studio and new public accounts are invite-only while we rebuild.

How can we help?

If your account was archived during the platform rebuild, tell us your email and organization. Paid organization members can be restored; others can ask about upgrading.

Share the guide title, URL, or account you used. We will look for archived public guides and tell you what we find.

Organization members should sign in on their portal (for example your-org.guides.co). Include your organization name if you need help finding the right URL.

Guide creation is invite-only while we rebuild. Tell us what you want to create or improve and we will follow up.
